Welcome to Five Owls Publishing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at fiveowlspublishing.com and any services, products, content, and features offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or any of our Services.

  • To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old, or have legal consent and supervision from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose and to comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws.

  • Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell products and services to you. Your personal data and order information may be stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases, and general application.

    By using our Services, you also agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • All prices listed on our site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Squarespace.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

    • Correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability

    • Limit quantities purchased per household or account

    Orders may be declined for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, or out-of-stock items.

  • Shipping is available only to the locations listed on our Shipping Policy. All delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

    We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

    Key points include:

    • Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch (before a tracking number is issued); a 5% cancellation fee applies.

    • Pre-orders canceled 30+ days before the release date are eligible for a full refund; those canceled within 30 days may be subject to a 5% fee or declined.

    • You have 30 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

    • Returned items must be sealed, unused, and in original condition with all original packaging.

    • Certain items are non-returnable, including opened trading card products, digital downloads, and pre-owned items.

    We reserve the right to deny returns or cancellations that do not comply with our policy or that are deemed abusive.

  • All content on our website—including product images, descriptions, artwork, designs, logos, and trademarks—is the property of Five Owls Publishing Ltd Co. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

    • Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party

Nothing in this policy overrides your statutory rights under applicable law, including your right to a refund for defective goods.
